Focus is very important because entrepreneurs have very limited time and resources and so mush be hyper-efficient. We know that you as an entrepreneur don’t have any time to waste in conflicts or miscommunication that blocks the fast advance of the business. This is why we are here to help with Team Analysis.

How long does it take to complete the service?

Within two to four weeks

How many hours does the mentor work in total? How many hours does the mentor work directly and personally with the startup? 

At least 10 hours, which include 2 to 3 hours, set into 60- or 120-minutes one-to-one working sessions with the startup, to understand the Idea and business model, discuss assumptions, work out all necessary business models, make scenarios and have a final wrap up. Apart from the meetings, our mentor will spend at least 5 to 7 additional hours to prepare for the sessions, make all necessary calculations.

Prices do not cover any petrol or other direct expenses related to one-to-one offline meetings between the mentor and the startup.

Travel hours in case of offline meetings are paid in accordance with the same rates quoted above.
