PropTech (digital solutions for construction and real estate) shortens
the distance with FinTech in its development globally. Considering that 6 out of every 10 people in the world live in cities; the global real estate market for 2020 is estimated at $217 trillion; 75% of this market is the residential real estate class, the push to introduce PropTech solutions is gaining immense importance. More and more countries are adopting national level policies in this direction. In Bulgaria, there are already several municipalities that are purposefully working to implement PropTech solutions.
