Devising a Marketing Strategy

Marketing Strategy is based on Market/segmentation Analysis results.

Instead of devising your Marketing Strategy from scratch, it is also possible for us just to review what you have already done and give you recommendations for improvement. 

In such a case our service is paid again per hour, but based on a double rate.  

How long does it take to complete the service?

Within two to four weeks

How many hours does the mentor work in total? How many hours does the mentor work directly and personally with the startup? 

At least 10 hours, which include 5 hours, set into 60- or 120-minutes one-to-one working sessions with the startup, to understand the Idea and business model, discuss assumptions, work out all necessary business models, make scenarios and have a final wrap up. Apart from the meetings, our mentor will spend at least 5 additional hours to prepare for the sessions, make all necessary calculations along market business models, devise startup-tailored scenarios and next-steps plans.

Prices do not cover any petrol or other direct expenses related to one-to-one offline meetings between the mentor and the startup.

Travel hours in case of offline meetings are paid in accordance with the same rates quoted above.
